Thanks to all who attended our MIG event last night, Thursday, November 19, 2020.
This was our 13th MIG event, overall, but it was our first "virtual" MIG event via Zoom.
We had 30 people on the video call and I believe MIG members enjoyed Jeff Cook's informative and educational presentation about Investing in Mobile Home Parks and Self Storage Facilities.
I highly recommend you watch the video below to hear directly from Jeff why he is so passionate about these real estate asset classes. The video is about 1 hour long with over 30 minutes being the Question and Answer session where MIG member's direct questions were addressed by Jeff and Brian Cook.
